Do you take international orders?
At the present time we only deliver to addresses within the continental United States and Canada. Please note:  For Canadian orders please contact us first as there is an additional shipping charge to Canada.
 
Do you charge tax?
Since we are located in Ontario, Canada, we charge the applicable taxes to Canadian customers ie: GST/HST and RST (to Ontario customers).
 
Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes! You can shop at www.SurvivalStreet.com online with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card transactions for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:
  • 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
  • Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
  • Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.
 
Do you accept COD payment for orders?
No, we do not take COD orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
 
How will my product be shipped?
Shipping will be at our discretion through UPS ground or US Postal Service.  We currently arrange most shipments with UPS ground service.  Shipping through UPS allows for easy package tracking since they provide this information on their website.  UPS also provides standard shipping insurance on each package up to $100.00 in value at no extra cost and collects a customer signature upon delivery. 
 
How much is shipping?
Our shipping charges in the continental United States are included in the price, based on weight. Amounts are the actual costs we incur from UPS. For Canadian customers there is an additional charge based on UPS International rates.  Shipping
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders that have been received and cleared payment by 1 p.m. EST will ship the next business day. All shipments will be delivered to UPS or USPS in the afternoon. Delivery times vary by service and distance and can range anywhere from 1 to 7 days.  For details on guaranteed delivery times, please visit www.ups.com and www.usps.com.
 
While we do our best to keep our warehouse well stocked with inventory, there is the possibility that an item is out of stock.  If that is the case, an email will be sent to you to inform you of the estimated lead time for your order.  Usually we are able to replenish our merchandise within 3 to 5 days.    
 
What is your return policy?
We firmly stand behind all the products we offer to our customers. All merchandise sold by SurvivalStreet is carefully selected and inspected prior to shipment, however, should you receive an item that shows a defect, then please contact us so we may discuss options.  Depending on the type of defect we might ask you to return the item(s) to us for further evaluation.  We will only warranty manufacturing and processing defects.  Misuse of the items and wear and tear are not covered by our 90 day product warranty.
 
1. Winter Freeze Warning:
Please note that water shipped during the cold season could freeze. While our water pouches are designed to resist bursting, we can not guarantee that. We will take extra precautions when packing water supplies and include warning labels with each shipment to ask our customers to check their shipment carefully and defrost in a safe location such as a sink if necessary. In the event of water damage, SurvivalStreetwill only be liable for the replacement of damaged water pouches and any emergency kit content items that were damaged by the water.
 
2. Fabric Care Instructions:
Some items sold by SurvivalStreet are made of fabric either entirely or in part.  Fabric colors and quality can fade depending on use and exposure to sunlight and weather conditions.
